About Tracey White
Tracey is a fully qualified TFT, NLP and clinical hypnotherapy practitioner who has dedicated her career to helping clients break free from anxiety, trauma, addiction and the patterns that have held them back — often where conventional approaches haven't.
Approach
Tracey's work blends three evidence-informed methods — Thought Field Therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming — into one tailored approach for each client. The methods are different but the principle is consistent: stop endlessly retelling the problem and start working with the body and unconscious systems that actually generate it.
Sessions are warm, judgement-free and pragmatic. Clients leave each appointment with measurable change and tools to use between sessions.

How Tracey came to this work
After many years working as a traditional therapist with clients struggling with addiction, trauma and depression, Tracey came across the cutting-edge tapping techniques being developed in the US — and was struck by how rapidly they shifted issues that had previously taken months or years to budge.
What kept her interested wasn't novelty: it was the consistency. Clients who'd been in counselling or psychotherapy for significant periods without resolution were experiencing real, measurable change inside one or two TFT sessions. She trained in the methodology and has been integrating it into her practice ever since, blending it with hypnotherapy and NLP for cases where the underlying patterns ran deeper.
